Family Medicine of Mechanicville, located in southern Saratoga County in the heart of upstate New York, believes in treating the whole patient – physically and emotionally. We offer individually focused quality of care for all ages, from newborn to the elderly, with a concentration on preventive care and women’s issues. Dr. Ingrid Bermudez, a certified family doctor, is highly accessible and eager to follow up with patients to put them firmly on the road to better health. During visits, she will seek information about a patient’s diet, physical exercise, family history and mental and emotional state and prescribe changes promoting life-long commitments to healthy living.
