Our Philosophy

Dr. Ingrid Bermudez believes in embracing all aspects of one’s physical and emotional life to get at the root causes of conditions. She has created a personalized, individually focused quality of care for all ages, from newborn to the elderly, from the infirm to the healthy. With particular interest in women’s issues, she is highly accessible and eager to  follow up with patients to ensure that they are solidly on the road to better health. During visits, she will seek information about a patient’s diet, physical exercise, family history and mental and emotional state to prescribe changes promoting life-long commitment to healthy living.
